15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement
